• Commissioned work is intended for the agreed-upon use only and may not be resold, redistributed, used for NFTs, AI training, or repurposed without prior permission.
• If you plan to use the work commercially or for promotional purposes (such as merchandise, games, websites, branding, or ads), please let me know in advance so we can discuss appropriate licensing and pricing.
• I may share finished work in my portfolio, on my website, or on social media unless you request privacy before the project begins.
• Revisions are welcome during the sketch or planning phase. Once shading or rendering starts, additional changes may require an extra fee depending on their scope.
• Small adjustments (such as minor text edits or simple fixes) may be possible after approval, but larger revisions are not included at that stage.
• Once the work has been delivered or approved, the commission is considered complete. Refunds are not offered.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if it falls outside my boundaries, values, or these terms.
